We have all dealt with larger companies who 'offer the world' at the outset of a project with key personnel, but then in reality once the project is in full swing and the commission secured, the project is passed through the ranks to junior members of staff and the service to the client suffers, and falls way short of the initial promises.
At JMA we think we can do better. Every client is equally important to us no matter how large or small a project is. We feel that continuity of personnel is a key requirement to the successful delivery of a project and always ensure that this happens.
