Having prepared a detailed cost plan, the principal challenge of this small but complex scheme was to use our negotiating skills to secure savings of over £300,000.  These had to be achieved without delaying production as a buoyant market demanded speedy completion of each unit.

The savings were achieved and the completed scheme is now fully occupied.
