JMA are delighted to announce that they have been appointed by Barratt Homes South Wales as their project managers and cost consultants for their exciting new build residential development at Copper Quarter in Swansea. The development when complete, will comprise 563 residential units and is located opposite the Osprey's stadium in Swansea, South Wales.

The development will regenerate a former brownfield site which had formerly been occupied by a manufacturer of plastic housewares. The project involves the negotiation of a considerable demolition and remediation works package prior to enabling Barratt direct construction works to commence.

The completed site will eventually comprise eight distinctive iPAD apartment blocks aimed at the first time buyer, together with a new riverside walk and will represent a major investment within the local region by Barratt.
