Project Title: The Monkey Jungle
Client: Bristol Zoo Gardens
Description: A bespoke primate enclosure that provides first-class living for Lion-tailed Macaques, Black Howlers and De Brazza monkeys. The flagship development for the zoo also incorporates a new Lemur garden, allowing visitors the unique opportunity to view Red Ruffed and Ring Tailed Lemurs in a barrier-free environment.

Our Role: Accurate cost planning consultancy, thorough selection process for the lead contractor, traditional quantity surveying services, meticulous project management and establishment of all necessary Collateral Warranties.
Our remit for this exciting project was to manage the construction of a new facility that replicates the natural habitat for the animals, offering a unique sensory experience for zoo visitors.
The project revitalised the exhibit and created a comfortable living environment for its inhabitants. A strong partnership with the zoo at every stage enabled us to successfully deliver the project and meet fiscal objectives
