CDM Co-ordinator

JMA can also offer a qualified CDM co-ordinator service to clients either as an addition to the role of Project Manager and Cost Consultants or as a stand alone commission.

Health & Safety Competency Assessments

Clients often have to assess competency of all consultants and contractors working for them on any type of construction project. As a packaged offline service JMA can undertake this task and provide accurately scored H&S assessments, either by using our own forms or clients own templates, enabling clients to focus on their core business in the interim whilst we do all of the work. An accurate master H&S competency library can then easily be updated.
