Having partnered with architects and structural engineers in the planning phase, we ensured consistent communication and co-operation between the design team, the chosen trade contractors and the client's own site management team.
The project comprised two blocks of apartments on an extremely confined site. By producing a detailed project programme for eack block, JMA were able to keep adjacent occupiers and tenants fully informed through each stage of the build programme. This ensured that works could be planned ahead and out of hours where necessary to minimize disruption, and enabled the final project to be completed on time.
- Best costs were achieved across the board through the competitive tendering process and value engineering
- Budget pressures were kept to a minimum with final costs being in line with similar schemes
- The completed development comprises high quality accommodation, aesthetically in keeping with Cheltenham's architectural heritage
- Post-contract evaluations and cost analyses were carried out and reported back to the client's commercial team
