Insurance Rebuilding Cost Valuations 

In addition to a land valuation we can also undertake rebuild assessment valuations (for insurance purposes). Whether this is direct for insurance companies or for individual clients, we can accurately assess the likely rebuild costs of their premises or offices. Unlike other practices, our strong quantity surveying background enables bespoke 'spot items' or features peculiar to a building to be accurately priced as part of an assessment report, ultimately resulting in clients being insured for the correct value, and not being faced with a potential arguement with their insurers should they suffer a loss and find that they had inadequate insurance cover.
