JMA Windsor Village, Cardiff

Project Title: Windsor Village

Client: Redrow Homes (South West) Ltd

Description: Development of 400 homes and apartments on the site of an old container storage depot

Role: Pre & Post Contract Cost Consultants based on site

Complex infrastructure works for this site included extensive surface water attenuation and the diversion of a culvery into the River Taff, as well as raising the level of the whole site by 2m.

Our role included:

• procurement of the works on a trade by trade basis
• authorisation of all payments
• completion of internal valuations 

After 3 years the completed development is now unrecogniseable from its previous use and home to the young professionals of Cardiff.
